Re-mortgaging made easy, simple and unique to your needs
Whatever reason you may be considering re-mortgaging for example you’re coming to the end of your fixed rate deal and want the security of a new one, etc feel free to speak with our team and they can arrange the best solution to meet your need.
How much can you borrow?
Whilst we have already stated securing a new fixed rate may be the most common, our advisers can also help with re-mortgaging for any other reason, such as for a further advance for home improvements, debt consolidation or just something as simple as moving off the standard variable rate to save money. This need not be too complex, whether it be with your current lender or moving to another. Many lenders often help with the legal costs of re-mortgaging. However this can still take around 8 weeks, especially if you are changing lender, as they will need to make similar checks to those when you first bought your home. So whatever you need, our advisers will guide you through the process with ease.
With 18 branches located all around Northern Ireland, you’re sure to find a local The Mortgage Shop near you! Come down and pay a visit for all your mortgage needs.
The Mortgage Shop (NI) Limited undertakes credit broking and is not a lender. Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Typically we do not charge a fee for mortgage advice, however if we do, depending on your circumstances, it will be a maximum of £250. You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.
